1. Service Description

Futureel.net (“Futureel”, “we”) is a web app that generates short-form videos — script, images, voiceover, music and rendering — from a topic or script you provide. Features, models and limits may change as the service evolves.

2. User Accounts & Credits

You are responsible for your account and for all activity under it. Video generation consumes credits, which are included with your plan or purchased as top-ups. Credit balances and plan allotments are shown in your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Futureel to create or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, deceptive, or that infringes others’ rights. You may not generate videos depicting real, identifiable people without their consent, nor impersonate anyone. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.

4. Intellectual Property

You own the videos you create with Futureel and may use them commercially. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and outputs do not infringe third-party rights. Futureel retains all rights to the platform, software and branding.

5. Payment & Refunds

Subscriptions bill in advance and renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and retain access through the current period. Credits and one-time purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Futureel is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of generated content.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Futureel operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
