Creator Responsibility Agreement

The following content is strictly prohibited on Futureel:

• Sexual content of any kind involving minors (anyone under 18)
• Physical depictions of children beyond modest or family-appropriate contexts
• Children in swimwear beyond modest athletic or surf style
• Physical affection between children and adults beyond: family hugs, high fives, handshakes
• Children in private settings with unrelated adults
• Any content designed to sexualize, exploit or endanger minors in any way
• Content that depicts, glorifies or encourages violence against any person or group
• Content that mocks, criticizes or negatively depicts any head of state, government leader, royal family member or political figure in violation of applicable laws
• Content that disrespects, mocks or negatively depicts any religion, religious figure, religious symbol or place of worship
• Content that violates the privacy of any individual without their consent
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights, trademarks or copyrights
• Content that constitutes hate speech targeting any race, nationality, gender, religion or sexual orientation
• Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities of any kind
• Misinformation or deliberately false content about real people or events
• Content that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction or any country in which it is distributed

Futureel has a zero tolerance policy for any content that could endanger, exploit or sexualize minors. All content involving children must be:

• Educational, family-appropriate or innocent in nature
• Free from any sexual, romantic or inappropriate physical context
• Consistent with content appropriate for all ages

Violations will result in immediate permanent account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies.

Content referencing political figures, government leaders, royal families or religious figures must be respectful, factually accurate and compliant with all applicable laws.

Content that could be deemed critical, disrespectful or defamatory toward any leader, government, religion or public figure is strictly prohibited.

By using Futureel you accept full personal legal responsibility for:

• All content you create using Futureel's tools
• All media you upload to Futureel
• Any consequences arising from content that violates these terms or applicable laws

Futureel acts solely as a technology platform and tool provider. Futureel is not responsible for the content created by its users. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Futureel and its operators from any claims, damages or liabilities arising from your use of the platform or content you create.

By uploading or creating content on Futureel, you declare that:

• You own or have full rights to any media you upload
• Your content does not infringe on any third party intellectual property rights
• You grant Futureel a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of video generation

Futureel does not claim ownership of your content. Your limited license to Futureel terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

Futureel enforces this agreement with a progressive violation system:

• First violation: written warning and content removal
• Second violation: 24-hour account suspension
• Third violation: permanent account termination with no refund
• Severe violations (child safety, illegal content): immediate permanent termination and potential reporting to relevant authorities

Futureel reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of this agreement. Decisions regarding account suspension or termination are final.

This agreement is governed by applicable law. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all content they create or upload complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction, their country of residence, and all applicable local and international laws and regulations.
