We collect the email and name you sign up with, the videos and projects you create (topics, scripts, generated assets), payment metadata via our processor, and basic usage data to operate and improve the service.

2. How We Use It

We use your data to deliver the service — generating and storing your videos, processing payments, and sending transactional emails. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with infrastructure providers strictly to run Futureel: Supabase (database, auth, storage), Stripe (payments), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), and FAL.ai (image/video generation). Each processes data under its own terms.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data and videos while your account is active. Delete your account and we remove your personal data and generated content within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

5. Your Rights

You can access, export or delete your data at any time from your account, or by contacting us. Depending on your location you may have additional rights under applicable law.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. GDPR

For users in the EEA/UK, we process personal data under lawful bases (contract performance and legitimate interests) and honour data-subject requests including access, rectification, erasure and portability.
