Video generation failed

This can happen due to high demand or a temporary API issue. Wait 2-3 minutes and try again. If it continues, contact support.

My video has no sound

Make sure you selected a voice during creation. If you selected a voice and still have no audio, try regenerating the voiceover from the scene editor.

Kling animation not working

Kling requires scenes with fewer than 25 words in the script. Shorten your scene text and try again. Also check you have Kling credits remaining.

I ran out of credits

Credits reset on your billing date. You can purchase a credit top-up from your dashboard to continue creating immediately.

I can't download my video

Make sure the render completed fully — the download button activates when rendering is 100% done. If it still fails, try refreshing the page.
